Step 1: Create a new email account that will be exclusive for your Paypal account. You will use this new email account for the sole purpose of receiving news and notifications from Paypal only.

Step 2: Go to https://www.paypal.com/ and click on Sign Up Now or Sign Up button.

Step 3: Choose your country or region, language and your preferred type of account.

There are three (3) types of accounts to choose from: Personal, Premier and Business.

                                          

Step 4: Enter your personal information and make sure that you fill in all the fields. The address must be the same with the address you use in your debit/credit card that will verify your Paypal account in the later process.

Step 5: Click the Paypal User Agreement link and read it carefully.

Step 6: Agreeing with their user agreement, click Agree and Create Account Button.

Step 7: Check your email to activate your Paypal account.

Step 8: After your account has been activated, log-in to Paypal and verify your account.
